Overkill/diminishing returns

Post by DaCookie »

What do you think is overkill supplement wise? For example lets say you want to increase test so you buy multiple but all quality test boosters.Lets say you buy a few and that altogether there is 10 ingredients which are well dosed which increase test.Is there a point at which the test will simply not rise anymore or just adding another ingredient will just do nothing or add only a really marginal amount of test?

Would your test be basically the same if you had 9 ingredients?

Not so much trying to pimp Adaptogen N, but I do not think you can add anything to it to further "top test out" once you are at the max dose/duration and that any additional dollars are better spent in a different area.

I like one good adaptogen, one test booster and one good nutritional (MassPro or MassPro Amino). One good adaptogen for the cruise.

You get a LOT of bang for the buck and this is what The Blueprint Mass stack was built for. Check it out...
