Not looking forward to dieting after this. I think I might try a CKD approach. I have the will power, but it still sucks.

Go get 'em SDB..

I only have one question.... how long does it take you to weigh, measure prepare and photograph your food every day?

Whatever it is it's worth it. I don't know of anyone that's brought The Blueprint to life in pictures like this. This may pale in comparison... but I have a picture of my 90 year old Grandfather (Grandpa Blueprint), with his MassPro whey :)

Help a brother out.. how the heck do I post pics?

Hahah, found that funny for some reason.

You post pics by pluggin that cable into your pc and camera, then put them on the computer, the upload them to something like www.photobucket.com

Then have the image direct link with tags

Yeah, cookie hit the nail on the head.

I use imageshack.com.

Food prep is pretty tedious, usually 20 minutes every night if all goes well.
I love cooking though, so it's a labour of love. I get slot of inspiration from seeing different meals, hopefully some of mine have inspired blue print members in return. As far as photographing, like I said before I have an iPhone, ....there's an app for that. ;)

Went well, wanted better but oh.

SLDL = 300
Bench = 190
Squat = 230

Didn't try to max the the pull over, think I might have a muscle still in major recovery mode in my right tricep. wellz

Fantastic! Are any of these new PR's at this bodyweight for you?

Whatever the case, they're going to be a distant memory in a few weeks. You now have your 1RM's to base off of.

Awesome work man....

Yeah, all of them.

I am presented with an opportunity to train with a CFFB champion for my bulk cycle. I am going to be doing a different routine, and probabley running it for a while. I'll post more info about it here soon.
