Richard's 1st Blueprint Run

Post by Richard91 »

Well I figured I would start this today seeing as my Mass Pro order just arrived. Let me tell you I felt like a kid in a candy store opening it. Very fine job of packing the contents I was actually worried they forgot some of my items because the box was so small.

About myself I am 19(May 23 B-day). 6' 1" or 6'2" around there 200 lbs. I have been working out consistently for the past 6 months and here and there since 16. I play Junior hockey for team Virginia.

I plan on starting famine next Monday. This is my deload week. I haven’t been measuring my resting heart rate but will start tonight...need to find a watch first though.

Other than that I am really excited can wait to grow hopefully be 215 and not look like a whale is my goal.

Weight this morning right when i woke up: Didnt do weight today

Resting heart rate: 60

I could not do weight last night because i was at the lake.
I think this also affected my HR because i slept in a car.

Going shopping for food in a little. Gunna read up on that part again and then go to the store.

Weight this morning right when i woke up:190.6

Resting heart rate: 57

Went shopping last night bought more fruits and veggies then I knew existed! Also bought some oatmeal and bread to help me hit my carbs.
I also found some detox tea without looking for it so I decided what the hell I'll give this a try.

Tommorow starts the Famine. I need to check out livestrong first to find out numbers for the servings of fruit i am going to be taking.

One question tho:
Dont take any supps before feast correct? One in question is Alkaplex green.

I thought alkaplex was for feast too. I cant remember the exact wording but it was something like:

Becasue of all the high protien/acidic food this is the perfect time to take alkaplex.

Also, thanks to you i am going to start me weight on squats a little lower. I decided my form sucks lol.
