Injectables have the longest cycles.Oral steroids have the shortest I think.Dunno where Phs are but im pretty sure they are not longer or the same as injectables because they need to convert to the steroid in the body.
This is just some bro science from me so just take my word with a pinch of salt.
I know this isn't the answer you wanted to hear but my rationale is as follows:
1.) You're still young, with a healthy hormone profile. I'm not into scare tactics but I am into common sense....far more risk vs. reward at this stage of the game.
2.) In the US at least, most of the effective and relatively mild PH's have been criminalized (4AD/1AD). Today, you have less effective and more toxic products available with a far worse risk/reward ratio.
That's my honest opinion. I'm unsure what's available where you are/what the laws are. Once you're in that game though, you're usually on a roller coaster ride. It really skews The Blueprint too. The whole course is set up to work WITH your body and not against it.... which is what PH's do.
It'll skew your training, recovery... your diet requirements and your rest. It'll creep into your mind too, even if you're on guard. It's just not my solution.
IF AAS are legal where you are and IF you have a Dr. to work with/get them from, it may be something to investigate when you're 30+. Those are big IF's though.. and they still carry with them the risks less talked about: sterility, etc.. I know things are different now but not being able to start a family later is a real downer. Not just to you but to those around you... like your future wife.
It's never an easy decision. Hopefully I've given you some things to think about...
