Smolov training

Post by Big.jazayrli »

Hey rob, what do you think about someone doing a smolov protocol during feast? they say it is a squat killer with a typical +calories diet, so would it work wonders during the feast?

It's a LOT to recover from.

I too, have seen success stories. I don't doubt them.... but I honestly can't tell you anyone has run it within the context of BP and had success with it.

Perhaps you will be the first!

wow, that is intense, is this for people on roids? I dont understand how you could squat 5 days a week and make any sort of growth without rest. Im no expert though. What is the logic behind that part?

It's predicated on the adapt or die principle.

I'd guess most users are on roids or have some other kind of help. And we're not talking about RCE here.

You may recognize great gains. Or you may get injured/burn out. I guess you'll never know until you try it... but in my mind there are much better programs from a risk/reward perspective.

precisely this.

I've been wanting to try it for a long time, but for the exact reasons you pointed out im scared to try it.

I already have an injured shoulder that keeps me from progressing far with upper body lifts, i don't want to throw away my lower body too ya know?
