So, just finished #3....few things I wanna say...
1)Rob I hate you
2)5x15? WTF? ROB I HATE YOU!
I didn't remember it was 5 sets! I looked at my notes after 2 sets of agony, man did I almost pass out. I tell you tho, for eating like a grade A weiner I had a friggin' awesome pump after that one.
Not including pyramid warm ups.

I actually didn't go that crazy, not like I thought I would. I did start eating at 3:oo am tho,...lol. It was suppose to just be a bathroom break.....

1 protein shake
Back to bed, Woke up at 4:40, 700 calorie protein shake.
PB, Oats, Whey, Banana, Milk, Yum....
I was low on groceries, and didn't really pig out too much at work. I didn't include my totals for the 3:00 am binge because it was in the middle of both days, so.....it really didn't happen..., right? Hahah.
I can barely walk today after that Squat session, I'll tell ya that lol.

Howdy ya'll......
Weight was 138.8 this morning. Despite eating 3700 calories yesterday lol.
Oh well, toning back to 26/2800 calories on weekdays, and probably 2500 on weekends.
Work sucked today, was feeling very mood swingy. First workout tomorrow after work. Very psyched, I'm out of whey tho so I have to eat a protein bar afterwards, not cool.
Anyways, heres some eats for the day...

Best Workout Ever.....!! Lets start at the beginning..
I finished all the production at work, so I was allowed to leave at noon for the long weekend, great start. I got home, slammed a double serving of SuperPump, mixed up the peri, and got at her.
Warm up sets for Bench and Pullovers went great, love the stretch on the pullovers. I ended up choosing my previous 5RM for my 8-10 rep on Bench.
I was perfect in that weight, ninth rep was pushing the limit, felt great to get her past the stick zone. Pullovers went great, might have pulled off the 50lbs, didn't wanna stop and add more weight, 40 felt tight.
Bench Press 135x9
DB Pullovers 40x10
Squats was the real deal, reason I'm excited. I pushed myself hard on these, and the SLDL was also pretty impressive by my standards. I don't think I've pushed that much weight on squats, total tonnage is a different story. Still psyched.

I was thinking about adding extra fluff to this work out, but...I worked this bitch! FEEL GREAT!!!!
