Suggestion: Bench first, then squat. Then layer in your supplementals. No, that isn't by the book but I offer it here as a suggestion.
You did a GREAT job and I commend you for it. GLP will take care of the rest
yeah i want to bench first, but all the benches (who would have guessed) are taken, whereas the cage is almost always open.. i'm lifting during my lunchbreak, so i kinda had to make a decision, and it wasn't going to be just sitting there while someone talk on the phone..
can't wait for the GLP!..
