At first glance, you might think this is one of those Youtube goof videos.
If you know Brain though, you know it's anything but. And Brain delivered. If you have joint issues (and even if you don't), PLEASE read this post and ask Brain questions.
He's probably the foremost practitioner of this stuff on this board. Perhaps anywhere that I've seen. He's also an excellent resource on all issue Blueprint.

Bear I have the same issues.
What has helped me
1. Stopped doing isolated curls
2. Supplementation with Cissus & Animal Flex
3. Massage ( therapist was shocked when she started working my forearms)
4. Longer intervals between heavy lifts
I still get a twinge of pain now and then but I am also arthritic so i write it off to that. I have not taken any aspirin/acetaminophen/ibuprofen or naproxin in close to 6 months because from what I understand it is really not good for you

thanks alot for the reply, really helpful information mate i will defiantly look into some of the suggested options. was thinking about trying some joint support.
