Appreciate the kind words Hank..

And good call on time to Cruise. To me, this is a big part of what BP teaches.... biofeedback. Because once you've mastered this, the sky is the limit!

Great day off yesterday, will be hitting gym today for a full body workout. I dont want want to blow it today out because i want to perform well on the race tomorrow

I took a novel approach to my workout today and did all weighted stretches, and i feel-like a million bucks

A2G Squats
135x10x3 Took em all the way down(butt about an inch from the floor) and held then back up, stretched quads and hips
Cable rows
195x10
205x10
225x10

Cable Flys just to open up my chest
Pull overs
60x10x6

Hamstring contraption

Face pulls
Skull crushers
sissy squats

I think i am going to start doing this once a week

Ya thanks Elbows are still achey but the Super Cissus seems to be working as they are much less severe than the last 2 days. I have some Animal Flex coming and plan on not running out of that again

Should have some cool pix after the mud run

Super Cissus worked great for me, it did not get rid of the pain but eliminated 75% of it.

wow hank, how old are you? Your arms are gigantic man! Great job on your increases with the BP. If I could go from 235-260 on my bench I would be estatic. Right now Im mostly concerned with my body recomp, but any positive side effects would be greatly welcomed. Tomorrow evening I will post my post famine pics, as well as current pics as of wednesday.

Impressive for 45. Losing the gut will be easy on the second run. Depending on when you plan to start we can compare notes. I have been concentrating on recomp exclusively and have had some success so far. Id be more than happy to share exactly what I am doing.
