Timing Of Cruise Phase

Post by sovabrat »

I have a specific date where I will stop the BP. This will be the day I leave for vacation. The GF and I are going to Hilton Head, SC for 9 days. The way I am on track right now, I will be on day 6 of the cruise phase, with a feast phase planned at 40 days.

I was wondering, would it be more beneficial for me to transition into Cruise with 14 days allotted to sort of adjust my body to the new size, or should I continue in feast as long as im still making progress?

I have no doubts in my mind I will accomplish what I set out for but wanted to make sure I set myself up for: Looking Peak on vacation at the beach, and also getting ready to enter Famine again which I plan on doing RIGHT when I get back from vacation. This time I will be having my workout partner start for his first time and my second time. I hope to get him signed up on here.

What is everybody's input?

Great question..

Personally, I'd opt for the 14 day cruise. Best to evaluate where you're at when winding up the feast!
