I am a little late on the start of this as i am in day 2 of my Famine phase, I went to the gym on monday and had a great workout. But i am a hard gaining meat eater and am not looking forward to this week! I am comming off of a weeks rest and that does feel pretty good

Hey man welcome to the forums!! Another fellow hard gainer.. no worries bro, I'm actually down 2-3 pounds from mty starting weight.. but my strenght is through the roof!!!..
you may have better luck gaining weight than I have, but if you dont. it aint that big of a deal.. if you listen to Rob your gonna make gains, and experience LOTS of new PR's..
I think the main reason I've not seen any weight gain, is because I'm actually up nearly 15 lbs since the end of last summer, I did alot of sitting on my ass, and eating BAD food threw the winter, and put on about 30 pounds .. Now that I'm back to work, and quit eating straight up junk food, I'm back down nearly 15 pounds, and maintaining it while gaining LOTS of strength..
so in short, I think the reason I havent gained during this run is because my body is using the new weight, and muscle I gained, and tranforming it into strength.. I'm stronger than I've EVER been.. And I'm pretty sure now that I've made the strength gains that I have with this previously aqcuired weight, that my body has adapted to it, and I'll be able to gain, and grow ALOT easier on future runs!! I think this run I actually ''grew into my body'' if you will..
Now I'll be able to keep my new weight, and build off of it, and add more in my next runs.. REALLY glad to see you in ther forums, and will be checking into your log VERY frequently, I'll be here to support and help you anyway I can.. Good luck to you bro.. I'm expecting BIG things from you in your first run... tear it up!!

Day 4 and not feeling to bad, broke through the hunger barrier? didnt have classes today so i went on a run to the grocery store to get some more V8 splash....and skittles so far today i have had an apple some pistachios juice and those skittles.
Looking forward to Fridays work out, but then friday night rolls around and im not sure how thats going to go but luckily te feast is just around the corner....
My order of MASS products should be comming soon, i ordered them on monday but it said they didnt ship out until wednesday so i might have to push the famine a extra day or so?

I was smelling pure ammonia when I pissed on day 5. I also started to get headaches. I was very weak, people commented that I looked really stressed out. As long as you have stuck to the diet, followed the 3 workouts, and got less than adequate sleep, you should be fully famined. Do you feel fatigued at all?

Project1Runner,
If you have to ask ... you may not be there yet
Tipoffs - all vary individually btw.
"Objective"
Resting (and AM waking up) heart rate
Weight loss.
Strips.
Ammonia smell.
"Subjective"
Fatigue
Feeling depleted and at risk of depression, dull affect, irritable, sensitive, etc.
Hungry
You hate Rob Regish
...forgetting something I know... Others can complete the list.
Seriously - about 'if you have to ask'. It may take you more than one cycle, but you will get to a place where you know when you are "there". You'll just get a feel for it.
When I need to accelerate the process, I still drink water but less than enough and go do a six mile run, come back do a light high rep but no rest periods workout, and go to bed hungry and slightly dehydrated, It's miserable. But it's worth it because a few days later I'm making PR's look easy.
BP is about learning to run your own system on the very edge of extremes of both deprivation and intake - without going over either of the edges

problem
i will post my workout later but i just got off the phone with USPS and my order of KRE-ALKALYN and KRE-ANABOLYN was not deliverd today because i left out my apartment number...although i did email mass right back after placing the order to change that i guess it never went though. so the problem is my feast phase should be starting tomorrow? I have some Ebol left maybe 12 pills....should i start my feast on those or what??
Sure man, no problems. Use that up until your KA etc arrives.
Remember, it's the Blueprint protocol that's important, not the supps. YES the supps add to it but getting the macro's down in terms of training, diet and rest are the important part.
You're in great position and I hope Famine wasn't too bad for you. Brain made a great observation (always does) insofar as it's an art.... taking your body out to the edge with the Blueprint and then pulling back just before you go over. You'll get there. Actually, I think you're already there now as you're sensing, trusting "innate" and letting her guide you.
Innate as I reference here is your body telling you where you are, what to do etc.. This can't be taught. It has to be experienced and in your FIRST run you are already listening, learning and adjusting.
FANTASTIC WORK!
