Seriously, a lot of us cyclists put one drop of peppermint essential oil in our water bottles.
I picked it up from an old pro somewhere along the line.
It's nothing nearly as dramatic as using the SportLegs and Burn It Up stack before riding verses not, but it does add an extra little layer of staying power it seems to me for anything exceeding about 40 miles and tends to open us breathing overall.
Well worth the relatively low cost, and I'll be giving the orange oil a personal trial as well as having a nose sniff of the mint before putting a drop in the bottle.
