The abstract mentions garlic impairing testicular function. Might not be something to use like a supplement over extended periods of time.

Like all supps, I recommend cycling Garlic if using it to boost test, muscle growth etc.. I seriously doubt even heavy consumption of garlic in cooking would have a negative effect, but force feeding it as a supplement perhaps could.
One thing we've seen very often over the years is soy being a dietary culprit in low T. Remove the soy, and magically Test starts to increase.

Agree on garlic in cooking having least likely negative effects. Soy is indeed a culprit in lowering T. So too though, is aluminum in anti-persperants/deoderants.
