Am I reading it right? The first 3 days of feast I don't do any workouts. I do my first feast phase workout on day 4?

I just completed the famine phase and it SUCKED!!!! I have trained low carb before but kept my fats high and cals around maintenance. Training low carb AND low cal was a biatch!!!bigpelo wrote:Yep!

Starting the feast phase today and have never been so excited about eating in my life!
Now I just need to figure out the workout routine as it's pretty confusing.
