I am trying to save time in the morning by mixing my Pre, Post, and Intra workout drinks the night before my workout. I get up at 3:30 to go to the gym and every extra minute helps. I am concerned that the ingredients might lose some of their potency if mixed the night befor and stored in the fridge. The ingredients and drinks are as follows.
Pre- BCAAs, Glutamine, Argenine, and Beta Alanine
Intra- BCAAs, Glutamine, Carbolyn, and Vitamin C
Post- Whey protein (I am pretty sure this is ok, but thought I would ask anyway.)

Should be fine...
I do think Synthagen would be more convenient, but more importantly get you FAR better results.
BCAA's stimulate protein synthesis, whereas you need all 9 EAA's to COMPLETE the process. Big difference.
To that, you can add the other nutraceuticals MPS brings to the table. The sum really is greater than all the parts...
