creatine magna powder
Any thoughts on creatine magna powder? I think Rob recomended creatine chelates and I think it is magmesium creatine chelate. Particularly interested in Rob's thoughts but tell me what you think.
MCC is a quality product. I'll counsel you though, that too much of it gives you the squirts LOL - it's one drawback.
Bear in mind if you're using Synthagen you're already getting a lot of Magnesium, so adjust your dose of MCC accordingly (perhaps only on training days, as part of your intra-workout drink).

Creatine is creatine for me. For the record, it never gave me "great" results - just a SLIGHT edge.
I usually prefer Kre-Alkalyn, given it delivers all the benefits of mono without the bloat/water weight. This is important to me, given I practice bodyweight training and every extra pound works against you.
Having said that, I see it superior to mono only insofar as you're getting extra magnesium. And that's assuming you're deficient in Mg in the first place. Those using Synthagen get a HEFTY dose of the superior Magnesium Asparate. Whatever you do, stay the HELL away from Mg OXIDE. Your body can't absorb this, you might as well flush it down the toilet LOL.
Mixing mono and MCC might not be a bad idea. Let us know!
