Transdermal DHEA Stops Skin From Aging...

Post by RobRegish »

More evidence "The Recipe" found in 3.0 was ahead of it's time...

"DHEA doesn't just work when you take it orally. You can also put the pro-hormone in a gel, oil or cream and then rub it onto your skin. According to a human study published by L'Oreal researchers in Maturitas, this stops your skin from aging, and actually reverses some aspects of skin aging..."

That "Mixelflick" guy really was on the ball when he wrote 3.0 ... :):):):):)

This isn't to say oral DHEA doesn't work. Like the above study, time is revealing just how many benefits oral DHEA has! Little wonder then, why Adaptogen N and MASS's DHEA works and works damn well. Like many, I had dismissed it as having a very limited application. Boy was I sorely mistaken. See here...

THE ANTI-CATABOLIC EFFECT OF 100mg/DAY OF ORAL DHEA
https://www.ergo-log.com/anticatabolic-e ... daily.html

"DHEA reduces muscle damage incurred as a result of intensive physical exertion. Despite the fact that DHEA has been discarded as a supplement in the sports world, Taiwanese and American researchers come to this conclusion in a human study which will soon be published in the European Journal of Applied Physiology...."

I remember John consulting me on Adaptogen N's ingredients when PH's were "banned". The only one left was DHEA, and it was dismissed by virtually everyone as "worthless".

MASS knew otherwise... :)

Well, then here's the question, would it be best for your skin to go topically or would oral also have the same effect? Also, what would be the recommended dosage of oral DHEA?

If it's skin related/cosmetic, and anti-aging benefits you're looking for - transdermal would be preferred (as these studies suggest). That's not to say oral DHEA wouldn't impart many benefits of its own - it certainly does.

Suggested oral dose is 100mg/day in the AM.
