Around here, it's MassPro Whey. As with Ecdy, quality doesn't come cheap. However, gram for gram NOBODY gives you more. There are 24/25g per scoop, and it's a brilliant formula. You get a whey concentrate/isolate mix. If you study the literature on whey, virtually EVERY positive research finding is on CONCENTRATE. Cold processed? Virtually nobody does this anymore, MASS does. It's to keep the delicate whey fractions, growth factors etc intact. You also get fast acting whey peptides, so important to intra-workout "speed" insofar as getting them to your muscles FAST. To this, MASS has added extra glutamine/taurine and organic colostrum - for extra ammonia scavenging, cell volumizing and immune enhancement.
