SUMMARY: What they found was the one bolus dose of whey (25g) post workout was FAR superior to spreading out 10 smaller doses, throughout the day. It just so happens MassPro contains 25g per scoop, of the absolute best un-denatured whey you can buy - at any price.

What if you were to take this a bit more extreme and do 100g?

On a side note, a friend of mine who I got to try this because I said its amazing went out and bought 100 tubs, yes im not joking, 100 tubs.Thats how much he liked it.Smart guy, but his protein was garbage before, he was using BSN's.

Nice to see what I've been preaching forever validated once again.

THE #1 time to use MASS PRO is post training, post event, period.

If you only use it then, you'll be doing yourself a huge, huge favor verses the competition chugging down loads of crap protein day and night.

You could, but I'd be concerned about getting in enough carbs/fats to "spare" the MassPro to do it's job - repair and rebuild muscle. Given that caveat though, might be a worthy experiment.

100 tubs?! Wish I was him... :)

I was doing it for awhile with about 70-100g carbs from vitargo.Gonna switch back to karbolyn or something similiar as the cost of vitargo is too high and I believe youre just paying for the studies done on it, only tried a tub of it.I think it was worth doing for me but I wouldnt recommend that someone do what I did but ill be for sure doing it again.

Hes in hospital right now out in a coma, vital signs are good but still, his ex wife who was cheating on him constantly for 10 years kidnapped him with some others and tortured him.They had a prenub and shes lost all money + the kid so I think she kidnapped him to find out where the kid is.There was 18 drugs found in his system, many to make him complacent.Morphine and some other very dangerous stuff.She is honestly the devil and is looking at around 25 years in prison.She had him for I think 3 or 4 or 5 days, no water, no food.Really nice guy he said hes going to give me 50 tubs and I havent even met him just helped out a friend of his lose weight.Really hope he is gonna be okay.Never get involved with someone who uses meth as her 'cutting drug' of choice.

Holy Sh!t!

That's terrible. And yes, this is what meth/other recreational drugs do to you/the innocent people around you. Glad I never touched the stuff.

Please give him my best and invite him here. I'd like to help, and think the collective group we have has a LOT to offer!

Hmmm. I figured this was the case, as I've been excluding protein powder is my shakes which usually consist of coconut butter or heavy cream + a store bought juice such as the naked juices. And honestly haven't lost a bit of muscle. I take whatever protein is already in the food and down 10-12 caps MPS post workout, 1-2 BIU! and 1 scoop vengeance preworkout.

I'm starting to think these mega doses of protein they recomend for bodybuilders is a myth.

Given my own experience with MPS and taking protein down to LESS than 100g/day, I couldn't agree more.

Protein TIMING, QUALITY and EFFICIENCY is where it's at! Synthagen intra-workout, with a scoop of MassPro Whey post. Easier on your wallet, better results.

Mega doses for protein aint a myth.Its simple, more anabolic drugs you use the more protein your body can use and the more efficient it is with that protein.Too much of what people are advising is for unnatural lifters.
