Strenuous Exercise

Hi all, anyone do Strenuous Exercise and getting desired fitness goal?
scientists are now discovering that relatively short duration,
even as little as 2.5 minutes of high-intensity interval training could be the key to long-term weight loss. I'm just starting it and it is working for me.

Been doing various HIIT protocols for years. Not been doing them primarily for fat loss but for improving VO2Max.
