New Liquid Trifecta Stack?

Post by Big Tav »

HI Rob,

How are you? I just heard on SHR about the new liquid trifecta stack. What are your thoughts on the new LG product? Carl sounded excited about it and it sounds good. I have used gear many years ago and I know that works but it is still hard to get/find etc in the UK.

Do you think this is worth the investment and how dangerous is it? I have never used pro hormones before as I just didn't need to consider them when proper stuff was available.

Hear from you soon bro!

I'll be honest: I've haven't used nor read up much about it. I did listen to the interview, and they sound like they're taking a responsible approach to PH usage. As for the new delivery method, I'm just not sure. I think the appeal is moreso related to the "all in one" kit that it is, removing the confusion about what to do insofar as PCT, avoiding shutdown and maintaining gains, etc.

In large part, I'm no fan of the existing PH's on the market. They're either too weak, too strong (methylated) and/or lacking in terms of KEEPING your long term gains.

Today, we have products that will get you into the upper end of the normal range for test/free test (optimal). Optimal being ALL that you need, and that assumes you're not young/already there. I tried going into this on SHR last episode, but this over-focus on one variable (test levels) isn't the ticket to the show, everyone thinks it is. Look at Wade Johnson. Guy has squatted 1,040lbs as a lifetime natural. Has no idea what his test level is, nor does he seem to care much. He does train like an animal, eats big and takes the time to understand how best to recover from his workouts.

We also have products today like Synthagen, that radically accelerlate recovery from exercise. Know this: Muscle growth is ALWAYS a 3 step process...

1.) Stimulate
2.) RECOVER
3.) Grow

It stands to reason that the faster you recover, the faster you reach step 3. Today, many (too many) are going back into the gym to stimulate, prior to recovery and growth manifesting. Whether it's Synthagen or another product/strategy you seek to accelerate recovery with, it pays BIG TIME to understand and learn from this.

I've used PH's back in the day. They worked, but it all comes at a price. As I spoke to, there's no free lunch - and I much rather prefer the steady, predicatable and SUSTAINABLE gains brought about by intelligent training, a good diet and adaptogens/non-hormonal anabolics. In other words, a much more comprehensive approach vs. focusing on just hormone levels.

Just my $.02...
