This might be a dumb question but do I do the 2.0 for a bulk and then 3.0 for the recomp? Just want to know which one I should read 1st.

I am pretty new to the BP myself so you might want to wait until you hear from someone who knows better than I, but I believe what you state above is correct.
I just realized this myself about a week ago, and plan to do exactly what you are suggesting. My main goal for this first run is to bulk up and put on as much muscle/size as possible. For this, I will be following 2.0 and ignoring most of the 3.0 material for now; however, in my 2nd or 3rd run, I will follow 3.0 for recomp.
