Street-Dreams Blueprint run #5 first full on 3.0 run
I will be starting my next run on monday doing a recomp/cut on bp 3.0 using the full 3.0 this time. I did a hybrid of 2.0 and 3.0 last time and lost a ton of fat. I will also be going to an alternating fast (every other day im limited to 500 cals at most) with workouts happening only on full eating days.. in which I can probably overfeed on my eating days a little bit.
I will be using a decent size stack of supps.
full 8 weeks
Bioforge
HGH PRO
glycobol
TTA
half of the run
T7 Extreme
and I will be adding in LCLT my daily regimen as well.

It's so hard to tell. I think I lost about 4 or 5 lbs on famine. I knew I kinda got the gyst when one of my co-workers told me "you look weak".Street-dreams wrote:day 3 of feast
weight 182.2 (maybe in doin it wrong..lol)
My multi-stix test strip showed that I was alkaline and urinating protein on day 5 so I just went with that.
You're at a good weight already though, where I'm trying to go.

ultimately I am trying to get leaner so I am not too upset about it.. Just supposed to be overfeeding right after famine and I should be gaining some weight back..Dragon wrote:It's so hard to tell. I am probably just being too active during these first few days of feast( playing basketball a lot)

I haven't done dips in forever but normally the dips hurt my elbows as I am double jointed in my elbows.Dragon wrote:No weight on your dips? Do you find they bother your shoulder?
If not for my elbows bothering me I might do a lot more however.. we will see how it goes. I might have to swap them out for something.

Ive been super busy and I left days out rather than guess what I did. I am currently sitting at 185lbs as of yesterday.beefcake66 wrote:I see you didn't make a post for every day, that got me right confused for a minute lol...
How much weight did you lose during famine? Maybe you weren't eating enough in those first few days of feast... how are things going now??
I lost 4lbs during feast (down to 181) but I normally gain back almost all the weight I lost during first 3 days of feast..
as far as progress its still kinda early to tell.. I do seem to be getting stronger however weight is staying the same and I am having trouble seeing loss from waist or navel definitively and Im sure the TTA(water retention) isnt making it easy to see my full progress.
