Wow. It's raining new PR's all over the place....BEAUTIFUL!

Don't worry about the cals and down regulation. Continue with the plan.

Good things they are a happenin' :)

Had a good day today got my 40 mins of HIIT in and the old watch says I burned 571 cals, which ill take.

I did notice my cardio seems easier, dont know if its my attitude or if KA helps with that as well. I do attribute my quick recovery to KA and of course my increased cals

Macros (on off days i take one KA/Fish Oil/2 Alkaplex with each major meal)
2862 kcals
64g fat
446 Choles
1257 sodium
339g Carbs (lots of fruits and vegs)
235g Sugar
38g Fiber
223g Protein

Took my BP tonite sitting it was 123/72. prone it was 101/63
RHR 68

I will hit the scale in the morning,

Those are great numbers and great subjective notes too. The quick recovery as you pointed out is the nutrition + KreAnabolyn going to work... exactly as planned.

There is a significant "twist" to KA absent other Ecdy products and that is its effect on carb/glycogen storage by virtue of the incorporation of 4-hydroxy-l-isoleucine.

I'm pretty surprised, frankly, other companies haven't caught on to this yet. Great log...

I hear ya. Had one here too..

BUT, just like in life great lifters bounce back. Nice work on the carbs again. I see you've taken that one to heart :) I know I crave more of them when I'm stressed.

Likely goes back to the seratonin they generate..
