Thanks Rob :D

Im listening to my body and its telling me im burnt out so im gonna start another famine in a couple days.Everyone in my house has been terribly sick since I came home from the US and its effected me a lot.

Also I see that ive been focusing too much on strength so ive lost a little size.I also need to put on a lot more size if I want to compete next year so thats what ill be doing for my next run.I want to get to 210lbs before I consider cutting, recomping, or focusing on strength again.Im already pretty lean and I find its so much easyier for me to lose weight the bigger I get.

Also to note I started this loading pattern very late and its with bench squat and deadlift so its not surprising i burnt out by waiting this long to do the loading pattern and given the other factors.

Smart man.

I'm just getting into the meat of feast now... had a 6 day famine because I had some personal issues/lack of appetite/time. I'm not loggin this time around... I've spammed the boards enough hah. Started January 1st, I'm considering it my New Years Resolution BP run!
