Folks, if you're wondering how to do BP RIGHT - study bigpelo's log! If there was any doubt as to what BP could do for an advanced man (look at his friggin' lifts/stats!), this should erase them.
When you see someone this advanced adding this much muscle in SHORT order, dropping an equal (actually greater) amount of bodyfat in the process - it pays dues b/c success leaves clues!

December 19 2011 - Cruise day 18 - Cruise workout #4
This cruise is not going like I would have wanted, I am really too busy these time around. But anyway, i did a little experimentation before hitting gym yesterday.
Experimental pre-workout mix:
Burn it up!: 3 caps (it's cruise so I take BIU!)
Yohimbe supreme: 5 drops
Gamma GH: 2 grams
Creatine mono: 5 grams
Taken at 4:30pm, hit the weight at 4:50pm. I was on an empty stomach: ate 1 scoop mass pro with Udo's choice oil for breakfast, 1 carrot and 1 celery at 9:30am and 5 oz Greek yogourt with half a cup blackberries for lunch and that's it.
Workout was a breeze, felt pumped as hell! I could have trained for hours.
On a side note, I started turbulence training yesterday and I will continue on this program as a cruise for the next 4 weeks. Then I will do the meteoric if it's out!
Today I am going to do the 2nd turbulence training workout with the same pre-workout mix. I might try to add Nitro AKG on top of that. Same diet.
