Recomping with 3.0, Bioforge v3 and EC
Famine Workout #3
Workout was brutal, felt a little sick afterwards like my body was flushed of its toxins. got back to my room and started chugging water because my calves feel like they might cramp up.
squats- 95x3, 135x12, 135x12, 135x12, 135x12, 115x10
superset with db rows- 30x12, 30x12, 30x12, 30x12, 30x12
standing ez bar curls- 55x12, 55x8 + 25x4
incline db curls- 15x11, 10x12
concentration curls- 10x12
squats- 95x3, 135x12, 135x12, 135x12, 135x12, 115x10
superset with db rows- 30x12, 30x12, 30x12, 30x12, 30x12
standing ez bar curls- 55x12, 55x8 + 25x4

weighed in this morning at 189 lbs and 17% bodyfat. took bioforge first thing in the morning.
preworkout took 1 scoop craze with 20mg ephedrine. energy was clean but i dont think i was as focused or driven as if id just taken 2 scoops craze. ill see how i feel with 1.5 scoops craze for my next workout.
also drank 2 sample packets of hyberbolic-10 (24g karbolyn, 14g amino acids and some extras) and 12g peptopro preworkout
intra and post im drinking 1 sample packet karbolyn, 1 scoop omega ONE, and 24g peptopro half intra, half post
the formula pre/intra/post ~450 calories
pwo meal was 2 scoops whey, 1 serving pure synergy, 4 slices honey oat bread ~720 calories
took EC before lunch
lunch was 2 turkey burgers and a bowl of mixed greens, cucumbers and broccoli with 1 scoop oximega greens ~590 calories
dinner was sweet n sour chicken, mixed stir fry veggies, 2 scoops whey, 1 serving oximega greens ~660 calories
total ~2420 calories

Good workout today, Im mostly happy with the weights I lifted.
Bench- 95x5, 135x5, 165x1, 240x6s, 240x5s
Weighted Dips- +45x4, +35x5, +35x5, +35x4
-dropped to +35 because I didnt think I was going low enough on the first set
superset with DB Rows- 75x4, 75x5, 75x5, 75x4
Seated Military Press in safety rack- +140x10s, +180x6s
Overhead Tricep Extensions-60x4, 60x6, 60x6, 60x4
superset with Incline DB Curls- 35x4, 35x6, 35x6, 35x4
All my lifts seemed to start hard for the first set, get easier for the next 2, then become hard for the last set.

Didnt sleep well last night. Took me a while to fall asleep and I kept waking up in the middle of the night.
Took bioforge and EC first thing in the morning
breakfast was 2 scoops whey, 1 egg and 4 egg whites, 2 servings oatmeal with 1 tbsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 scoops oximega greens ~860 calories
took EC before lunch
lunch was buffalo chicken strips with hot sauce and chipotle, 1 scoop myofusion, 1 scoop performance greens ~600 calories
dinner was 2 breaded chicken breasts, no calorie estimate
total ~1460 calories
Took bioforge and EC first thing in the morning

havent been on in a while, been busy with finals this week. i am also very happy to say i have a beautiful new girlfriend who i have been spending a lot of time with. im still keeping calories and protein up but havent been using EC this week. when im home for break next week ill hopefully get back into the swing of things.
