So gonna start famine on the wednesday.Was gonna check my 1RMs for big 3 on tuesday but I guess thats a bad idea, ill just way until im in feast(Well big 4, I finally realized the value of pullups)

No doubt my strength has taken a hit, put on maybe 2lb of fat but thats ok cause im at 179lbs right now so that 2lbs more has to be something good.

Im hoping to join the big 3 1000lb club but lets see what I can do, not sure how much strength ive lost but I was very close before with a 990lb total.Ill be mainly focusing on those 4 movements mentioned above, along with lower back, lower lats, chest, front and back calves work.
Im hoping to recomp for this one with an emphasis on cutting at the first few weeks, then cutting out the epedrine and amp and burn it up.

Supp stack will be as follows:
Generic protein to use it up
Kre anabolyn
adaptogen N
Amp
Burn it up
Epedrine
Glycobol
BF v3
alkaplex greens
multi life
BCAA
Fish oil
Maybe sesamin

Well thats it, no super stacks this time(Or my opinion of a super stack cause this is probably a super stack for most haha)...saving that huge stack for late February for a big bulk for 5months

Gonna probably roll with 10% solution or 2 smaller loading patterns, believe I have only completed GLP 1.This log should be 42 days.

That is a hefty stack but looking at it you got all the bases covered and little to no doubling up... except AN and BFv3...

Anyways, I have to ask..... What's in the SUPERstack??

Yes theres a little doubling up there, but im using the bf v3 cause of the russian mumiyo, pretty much only reason.

The super stack?Haha well the next run will be mainly a bulk but I will probably cut/recomp for about the second 4 weeks of it, then after cut out the burn it up, amp, ephedrine, alpha t2 but the rest of the 16weeks would be a bulk.But all of what I listed +

Anabeta
Alpha t2
Mass pro
x factor advanced
TMG
Ultima
cbol creatine
Hopefully pump bol or at least for some of the run
Mass pro amino
Beta alanine
Forskolin
Agmatine
Liver tabs
The formula + COP, + Citrulline malate
Hopefully Robs product
Taurine
Ursobolic double dose
Maybe true turk depending on certain factors

Thats it I think, I own an online supp retailer thats why I can create super stacks like this, also am pretty much a supp junkie, its the only thing I spend my money on.Anyway I dont run all this stuff year round, like right now im only on a protein powder and multi.Im a bum, I live at home so :D only 19 though but soon its time to take responsibilities then and I will likely cut back and my 'super stack' will be like a fifth of what im using for my next run after this.

My stack will always include an ecdy, multi, protein powder, creatine though.That is my basic stack.

Once its out and if its out in time for my big run, im aiming for biggest increases in big three in a run to date :D

Nice big stack you have there hahaha
After this run (required supps only), I wanna do a dry run (no supps), and then after that I'll probably do an epic stack run like yours haha :D

Yeh its the way to go :D

If you do your absolute best with those epic stacks of good supps theres no way you will do badly.

Never done a dry run myself, well once I did famine and then had to redo it cause my supps hadnt arrived and also I went to an indian with my dad, ordered something which I definitely shouldnt be eating and then only remembered afterward.Scoffed the lot and felt great.

My last run actually in famine on the friday I was stocking my supply of raw milk for feast and ate some cheese samples, again like subconsciously purposely forgetting or some BS, they were very small but its funny the games your mind plays on you

I tend to break my famine on the 5th day evening (usually Friday)... lately it's been with all you can eat sushi... ohhh yeaaaaa..

I did that first workout the second day of famine instead and it was surprisingly euphoric and made me feel really good, didnt lift shit which is surprising...buffet time after this famine for sure

So ate 3 cornettos yesterday :/

Pretty mild cheating though, cause there low in protein still.Down a lot of weight anyway which is good.
