Need some help to bring out the Beast in me!

Hello Everyone!
My name is Matt and I have purchased the B.P. in Sept of '11.
I had arthroscopic wrist surgery (dominant right hand) in October.
I'm almost completely healed and I will be doing some light workouts
to get my wrist used to some weights again.
I am here asking the BP faithful for a little help. Rob has helped me
and I don't want to bother him with stuff ya'll can help me with.
I have BP 2.0 & 3.0 and I have read it 3 times, taken notes and emailed
Rob back n forth. As well as the sticky section!

I'm one of those people that if you put it in front of me, I'll follow it and do
it. I'm curious if any of you have the exact workout from day 1 - end (about 66 days)?
like day 1 - do this (this many times) then do this (this many times)...
day 33 - do this )this many times) then do this (this many times)...etc
all the way to the end.
There is some I understand and some I still dont and with the correct forumla infront of
me, I want to unleash the potential of the BP and make people believers, like I am. You can PM
it to me, that'd be great and I think it'd help out those that are a little confused on some parts.
*If this doesn't exist or is not allowed, I COMPLETELY apologize.

Matt, I would print out the workouts from the BP 3.0 trackers and follow them, they are set up exactly as you want them...great place to start, IMHO

Agreed on the above. The only thing that isn't written down is how many rest days to take -- and that's up to you.

I emailed Rob after I went thru all my info and it seems I didn't get the cliffnotes and train/diet documents.....NOW THIS is what I wanted!
