None of the lessor ecdy sources (be they complete/concentrated, isolates or junk grade) were shown to have anything close to the same growth factors.
Now, I do believe that some isolates (of RCE in particular) have unique benefits and see a lot of potential/promise with certain medical conditions. As far as sport, I have heard feedback that a legit turk isolate can improve strength/recovery modes when targeted correctly over a few weeks. But, also that it will not continue to work long term (all Yin and no Yang never does).
Rob can speak to your particular training idea better than I, and could probably lay out a great cycle schematic for you. But, I think I see what you are shooting for Cookie, and it makes sense on the surface.
OH, and this question in particular makes me want to let the cat out of the bag on something really BIG coming down the pike in 2012... but, I can't yet as work and research is ongoing and we're not going to allow some other hack company to steal and water down the concept.
Let's just say that it will blow wide open the benefits of ANY and EVERY quality Ecdysterone product (few as they may be) on the market today.
We are VERY excited, to say the least!

TRAINING DAYS: One cap around a half our prior to the workout, inclusive of some dietary fats such as natural peanut butter, fish oil etc. One cap immediately after the workout with your intra-workout drink, and a final cap at your first solid food sit down meal, one hour after the workout.
OFF DAYS: Two caps, ideally one with breakfast, lunch or dinner. These should be your highest CARB based meals of the day, as KA's formula is exclusively geared toward substrate storage.
Finally, allow me to add this about my new product that'll be available in early 2012:
"Product X" is going to lend itself VERY well, to stacking with KA (or any other Ecdy product, for that matter). Meaning it will allow you to REALLY jack up the combined dose of Ecdysterone per day OR, allow for an ultra precise "hit" of EVERYTHING you need to accelerate muscle growth, at EXACTLY the right time.
