LOL. What does YS feel like, BigPelo? I mean from YOUR perspective. I've run plenty of it...
Yohimbe supreme is great during the under eating phase of the warrior diet to keep craving in control and also getting a nice powerful workout with a almost complete empty stomach without feeling weird like geranamine use to. 5 drops of YS with 3 BIU is a special combo I keep as a joker in my sleeve for the hardest days
Famine day 3 went well but I started craving eggs, ham, bacon, steak, chicken, chili, peanut butter, etc...
Famine day 4: RHR this morning was 63, 3 over average but nothing statistically significant from my usual 58-62. Workout 3 will be done at 5pm after work. So far it's my easiest famine out of the 4 I went through.
Famine day 4: did famine workout #3. Not easy but manageable. weight in at 216.5 lb (down 4.5 lb). Craving protein foods as hell.
Famine day 5: RHR was 70 bpm this morning, significantly higher then my 58-62 normal range. Yep, I am there! Cardio tonight after work and protein buffet for breakfast tomorrow!

Very, very interesting (and telling)... You also hit upon a combination I COMPLETELY overlooked (YS + BIU).
VERY savvy, big man from up North! Folks, this isn't for the faint of heart/inexperienced so PLEASE don't try this out of the gate. It also validates the point I made about YS in 2.0 - go ahead and try (actually, please DON'T do this!) that combo with any generic Yohimbe bark/hcl - ain't going to be pretty.
The shivers, paranoia, feeling sick to your stomach and shaking like a leaf prior to your cardiovascular system shutting down/DEATH - ain't a pleasant way to go.
Not playing the scare tactic card, but I've taken the following phone call from the sister of a friend. Imagine the phone ringing, and hearing her frantic voice, direct from the Emergency Room, "Rob, John can't breath on his own and is hooked up to a machine to breath for him. Do you know what he took..."?
I honestly didn't Turns out he screwed up his bulk Y-hcl dosing and took too much.
He lived, but trust me folks - You do NOT want to take that phone call...
Is YS more expensive than bulk Y-hcl? Sure is. Then again, living sure beats dying, so please take this for whatever it's worth...
6:30am: water, a lot! (close to 1 liter)
7:00am: 6 oz Greek yogurt + 1 multi life, 1 krill oil, 1 alkaplex green
10:00am: small serving of raw peanut
12:00pm: half a dragon fruit + 3 scoops Xtend BCAA
3:00pm: small serving of raw almonds
4:30pm: 5 drops yohimbe supreme + 5 caps nitro AKG
5:45pm: post workout formula light (half scoop karbolyn, 1 serving MassPro whey) + 2 kre-anabolyn, 1 krill oil, 1 multi life, 1 alkaplex green
Over eating phase:
6:30pm: main meal (huge pork chops, steam broccoli and cauliflower, penne in tomatoes and vege sauce)
9:15pm: 2 peanut butter toast with 1 serving MassPro whey in full fat milk + 1 kre-anabolyn, 1 multi life, 1 alkaplex green
9:30pm: sleep
Workout #1 was sick! I felt strong as hell, lots of energy despite an empty stomach, just like if could have go forever. I am doing a 10% solution + EDT + static hold on this run but without the bridge workouts.
Pull ups wide grip: body weight only, 3,3,3 -- easy
EDT#1: incline dumbbell bench press/one arm row: 81 lbs
6,7,7,7,7
6,7,7,7,7 total of 68 reps in 12 minutes -- I will increase weight next time
EDT#2: seated dumbbell shoulder press / upright row: 64lb / 85lb
6,6,6,6,5
6,6,6,6,5 total of 58 reps in 11min30sec -- limit at the end
Static decline close grip barbell bench press: 245x15sec, 265x15sec -- I will increase next
I thought about doing another EDT of biceps/triceps after that because I was still "in the zone" but I decided to do cardio instead, 20 minutes of elliptic at 150-160 bpm.
Weight in at 217.5 after WO
Tonight it's WO#2. I know it's a lot in a short time but I don't know when will I hit the gym next so I take all I can!
I won't be doing posts as detailed as this one everyday but diet and supplements should be close resemblance except on re-feed day during week-end.

What would you attribute the lack of soreness to, this go around?
Warrior diet with loads and LOADS of veges: raw, juiced, steamed, soup, etc. Also Kre-Anabolyn for sure, maybe alkaplex green+ helps a little, MassPro whey also. And I started a daily detox routine on top of warrior diet daily detox: 1L or more of straight pure water (brita filtered) first thing every morning (between sleep and under eating phase).
Yesterday, my wife did a carrot-ginger soup with other veges --> AMAZING!
October 27 - Feast day 6 - Feast workout #3 (already? you bet!)
Still feel great today despite baby girl waking up at 4:30am feeling like playing. I guess I will go to bed earlier tonight instead.
Wide grip pull up: body weight +20 x 3, 3 --> kinda easy
EDT #1: incline dumbbell press / one arm row: both with 84lb
6,6,6,6,7
6,6,6,6,7 --> 62 reps in 12 minutes, need to increase weight
EDT #2: seated shoulder dumbbell press / upright row: 64/85 lb
6,6,6,6,6
6,6,6,6,6 --> 60 reps in 11min35sec. I will try to get out more reps next time
I wasn't exhausted so I add: high pulley triceps press down supersetted with low pulley biceps curl. 135x8/150x10 then 150x6/165x8 --> got them to failure.
I ended the WO with 20min elliptic at 145-150 bpm.
I ate to much so I was feeling weird but I slept like a baby, wicked dreams and such...
October 28 - Feast day 7 - Feast workout #4
Lower body workout tonight. I should take measurements too, body fat and such.
Wide grip pull up: body weight +45 x 2, 2 --> kinda easy
EDT #1: incline dumbbell press / one arm row: both with 89lb
6,6,6,6,7
6,6,6,6,7 --> 62 reps in 12 minutes, need to increase weight again!
EDT #2: seated shoulder dumbbell press / upright row: 64/85 lb
7,7,7,6,5
7,7,7,6,5 --> 64 reps in 10min45sec. Last 2 sets where hard but I will increase weight next time
Static hold: decline close grip barbell press: 305x15sec, 315x12sec --> hard
I wasn't exhausted so I add: high pulley triceps press down supersetted with low pulley biceps curl again. 135x10/150x10 then 150x8/165x8 and finally 150x6/165x7 --> got them to failure.
Great workout, lots of juice left at the end. No soreness what so ever.
November 1st 2011 - Feast day 11 - Workout #6 tonight after work
