hey guys, i hope this hasn't been answered to death already but...
for an intra workout drink... i am not going to be adding all of the ingredients but, if i am atleast doing the bcaa... would it be at all benefitial to add waxy maize to this if i already have a huge bag that is unused? or is it not even worth it?
will be taking creatine beta alanine and citrulline malate also just not in the intra workout drink...

re the "huge bag" : Don't let it go to waste - in feast or cruise.
(especially use up the maize if you're doing your workouts in afternoon or early evening)
re "beta alanine" and "citrulline malate": Unless you are a proven responder to both of them, these aren't going to leverage your efforts very much ... still, don't let them go to waste hth
