Question about Adaptogen N
Question about Adaptogen N
Hi everyone,
I'm not sure if this has been asked before as for some reason i cannot use the search bar.
Anyway I was just wondering if Adaptogen N would be safe for a 19 year old to take?
Also I know I am a teenager and I already supposedly have high T levels
and testosterone boosters are for older people with declining levels
but
I am not so much as curious as the effectiveness this product will bring me but more interested if it will be safe and I will have no possible future repercussions by trying to naturally boost my testosterone now.
Also I was considering Adaptogen N or Bioforge
but as far as gains go I heard X-factor is the way to go? But I am afraid of getting joint pains so if someone could inform me it would be greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance guys

hey thanks for responding street-dreamsStreet-dreams wrote:xfactor advance would be better for you based on the options listed... or something like Kreanabolyn /ebol ecdy ecdy..
test boosters in 19 arent ideal because you already have lots o test.
yeah i already have kre anabolyn and it worked really good on my first BP run
as for the x-factor i did some research and i do not trust it at all
this was one post that really got me thinking, although there is not much science to it, it really makes sense to me seeing as AA is an Omega-6 fatty acid
"Just to let you all know, this supplement is a waste of money. Arachidonic acid is created by your body from the omega 6 fatty acids in your diet. Now, in evolutionary terms, omega 3 to Omega 6 fatty acid ratios used to be around 1:1 or 1:2, but in the standard American diet, this is about a 1:20 or 1:30 ratio. So you're getting a ****load more arachidonic acid than you need, and anything you are seeing from this product is either from something else in the product or from a placebo effect. In fact this product is going to do you HARM by increasing your levels of inflammation within the body. This is not only unproductive, but also will increase your risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, and obesity, along with the risk of developing an autoimmune disease. If you want a worthwhile supplement, start taking fish oil, omega 3's are what are in a shortage in today's diets. This supplement is pretty much the opposite of fish oil (omega 6 vs omega 3). Don't take my word for it though, take a look at the studies dealing with omega 6 to omega 3 ratios, Google "omega 6", "polyunsaturated fat", "omega 3". I'll attach some other links as a resource as well:

Also on almost every message board that talks about AA they say the gains is amazing but almost all of them receive some type of joint pain, which is apparently not healthy in the slightest.
I am assuming this joint pain comes from the inflammation, yet the people behind their product claims it reduces inflammation?!?
i seriously doubt that.
Also what from I understand inflammation is one of the biggest causes (if not the biggest) of chronic disease and illness
again sorry for the rant but i would rather not take my chances with X-factor because even before researching this product I previously knew about the omega-3 to omega-6 ratio which is why people take fish oil or flax
Although I dont see it being a too bad idea if one were to cut out all other forms of AA omega-6s like egg yolks, steak, vegetable and olive oils, and nuts while supplementing with about 1,000 mg or more of omega-3s
idk but im just scared of inflammation and the diseases that come with it
maybe ill try x-factor with half the dose? would this be worth it lol
Adaptogen N is perfectly fine for you to use, biscuits.
No sides.
It's designed to work in harmony with your body, elevating test and maximizing restorative powers... but, everything is kept in balance and accomplished naturally.
You likely do not need the benefit of a test boost, but the restorative enhancements will be to your liking.
Best to you, and thanks for a great question.

Hey thanks for the quick response, i seriously wonder why this board and the MASS products arent more popular?! (although i can kinda understand you guys are like the quality 'underground' products and information; at least to me lol)askmass wrote:Adaptogen N is perfectly fine for you to use, biscuits.

also I have one more question
even though I am 19 i feel as my endocrine system is developed to the age of 17-18 as i am a kind of skinny build, look young, and still growing (im asian haha)
I guess you could call me a late bloomer
would adaptogen N still be safe for me?
the reason why I ask this is because lets say before I take adaptogen N my test levels are at 500 (im just making up numbers)
then in the middle of taking it my test levels shoot to 600-700
would this not cause a rebound after making my test levels maybe 400? thus making it harder for me to build muscle after?
the reason I am concerned is many of my friends take GNC brand natural test boosters (i know crappy products but still no aromatase inhibitors)
and they dont want to stop taking them because of how it helps their gains .
and so it becomes and endless cycle of constantly taking test boosters
As I do not plan on taking adaptogen N on every run of BP but just once or twice and i do not want to 'have' to take it just to keep my test levels the way it was before in order to make gains
thanks again askmass

One option for you is to take the product only when you REALLY need it for recovery.
That way you can forget the your concerns about over spiking Test. etc.
… due respect for AskMass’s position, but I really have come to believe that is really the appropriate use of this great product for just about every user. hth

Brain makes an excellent point, and many of us have used Adaptogen N in the same or similar fashion tailored around various sports/workouts.
It's powerful, and versatile.
I always have it on recovery nights, but not always the night before a competition.
There is something to be said about having some built in off days, especially after about 3-5 weeks in on a daily schedule, and we've touted it for years.
A group of powerlifters popularized the 5 on/2 off over a decade ago and it's good advice for the majority of males who are deep in training IMO.

Glad to know it works well for you.Big.jazayrli wrote:this is what I did, and it worked wonders for my recovery while dietingaskmass wrote: A group of powerlifters popularized the 5 on/2 off over a decade ago and it's good advice for the majority of males who are deep in training IMO.
superior to kreanabolyn in my opinion
We hear from a lot of guys dieting who get a host of benefits from Adaptogen N, like this one-
"Whether training for a marathon, weightlifting or just maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I want to say that I am extremely pleased with Adaptogen N. Not only does it help with my recovery and libido, but it helps me get a good nights sleep. Somehow, it also curbs my late night appetite which stops those binging episodes I was prone to."
