Post by JML2011 »

Its been quite some time, many of you probably have no idea who I am... lol.

considering starting a new run with focusing on SCT... anyone with some SCT info for me to readup on for incorporation to my next run, post for me on here please.

Greatly appreciate any feedback on what you notice to work/not work for you.

Man, I've been wondering!!! Saw you online the other day and though, "He's alive!".

You'll want to touch base with Matter2003. He just ran/is running Pete Sisco's CNS workout, and again making great gains.

My take: SCT is PART of the solution. By itself, I found it motivating as hell/demotivating at the same time!

How?

SCT holds (weights and times) blew me away. I mean off the f'n charts. My muscles didn't appear as round/full though, nor did I get any meaningful carryover into the full range. I may be an abberation, but I don't think so. I think the folks who get the full range carryover are in the minority.

Whenever topics like this come up I try to remain objective/look at it from a common sense angle... like this:

Would you play a round of golf, with just irons or just woods?

Time and a place for all of them, I'd say. Just a matter of what works best for YOU! I LOVE SCT for biceps, calves and abs. It just works and works well for me with those muscle groups. I have other solutions for other bodyparts, given my goals.

I could answer all day/night. I need to stop myself. Welcome back man, we missed you!
