Bigpelo's 4th run

Post by bigpelo »

So today I bought:

2x kre-anabolyn
1x adaptagen-N
1x multi life
1x alkaplex green+
1x burn it up
2x mass pro whey
1x nitro AKG

On top of what I already have:
1x gamma GH
1x alkaplex green+
2x scivation xtend
1x pure karbolyn
1x creapure creatine mono (400g)
1x pure leucine (400g)
1x anabolic freak (d-aspartic acid)

I don't know yet the exact starting date but it always take 2-3 weeks for my MASS order to get up north so I am still preparing.

This time, main focus will be muscle building as I lost significant weight this summer while taking care of the new born baby. Sleep is getting better these days around and training schedule should be respected with return to a "normal" working week.

The program is custom made by myself. It's going to be an hybrid of EDT blocks with Charles Poliquin's individualization of mass gaining. I will try a lower volume higher frequency (30-35 minutes weight lifting, 4 times/week). Each muscle will be hit two times per week, lower-upper body split. HIIT cardio at the end should be add here and there. Feast will be kept at 35 days max as my previous runs showed me gain stopped there or so. Cruise will be a little more then 3 weeks though, probably as long as feast.

Diet will still be following the warrior diet principals during the 3 phases. I will insert a re-feed day per week during the week-end on a day I don't workout only. I will train on an complete empty stomach to maximize the anabolism rebound signal (see maximum muscle minimum fat) and then compensate during over eating, like a mini BP famine-feast each day.

Supplements will be taken as the following:
"the formula": all of it post-workout during feast and cruise
BCAA (x-tend): I will sip on that during the under eating portion of the days feast and cruise
nitro AKG: pre-workout, feast
Burn it up: pre-workout, cruise
Alkaplex green+: 3 caps with main meal, feast-cruise
Multi life: 1 cap at waking up, 2 caps with "the formula" or with main meal, 3 phases
Gamma GH: 3g before bed, feast-cruise
Adaptagen N: 3 caps before bed, feast
Kre-anabolyn: 2 caps with "the formula"+1 cap with main meal or 3 caps with main meal on non-training days. 1 caps each meals during re-feed days. Feast only
Anabolic freak: 4 caps with main meal

More to come!

Starting famine September 11.

Right now I am testing my custom program, trying to figure out the best weight to use/start off with.

My boss is sending my away from home september 19-20-21 so I might change my famine date to better fit the beginning of feast as being out of town is not the best way to start feast and feast workout nor having a famine diet... I can't begin earlier as my MASS stuff won't be arrived and after brings me to september 25... oh well, better late than never.

Smart move!

BTW, given your supplement array - are you planning on using a tackle box or hefty garbage bag? :)

Monster stack, for a monster of a man!!!

Preparation phase: I haven't train week 40 (October 2nd to 8th) because I had a cold, neither last week because I was on vacation and I took some time with my wife and daughter.

Famine phase: started this morning. I will follow the warrior diet principals the whole run with only exception of keeping proteins low during famine. Focus on raw fruits and veges for the next 5 days.

Famine workouts will be done today, tomorrow and Thursday after work. Wednesday I won't be able to take time for gym. I might do cardio on Friday though.

Feast phase: I still doesn't have a clear training plan for this feast nor cruise. I need to work on that this week. It's my first BP run that I started without everything sets but being a father takes time... Main goal will be to successfully gain muscle while following the warrior diet. I won't be taking adaptagen N this run as previously stated to better feel the effects of kre-anabolyn alone.

I will post starting stats tonight or tomorrow.

Starting stats:

221 lbs
37.5 inches waist
16.5 inches neck
19.9% body fat (177 lb lean mass)

1st famine workout yesterday when well, surprisingly easy in fact. Today should be a different story as hunger is already present.

Edit: forgot to post biceps circumference: 17.75 inches
and fat mass: 44 lbs

Famine day 2 went well. Workout #2 was (almost) a breeze, thanks to yohimbe supreme 5 drops under thong before hitting the gym. 220 lbs, RHR is within normal range (58-62) and still not cursing any of the 5FoF name(s). I am just a bit sore of monday famine workout #1 in upper legs.

Hmmm...is this some new freaky way to take your supps BigPelo?

You put on a thong and then put some drops under it? Does this lead to maximum absorption or something? Do tell! Inquiring minds want to know....hahaha

Matter: that's just how MASS label direction to take yohimbe supreme, nothing fancy

But I do enjoy the effect. I trained on an empty stomach the 2 famine workouts so far: small serving of fruit juice with omege 3 oil and multilife with 2 kiwis for breakfast, raw celery and carrots for lunch, an apple for snack and then training and the remaining calories between 6:30pm and 9:00pm before bed time, Warrior style :D

LOL. What does YS feel like, BigPelo? I mean from YOUR perspective. I've run plenty of it...
