Warm up for static holds?

Warm up for static holds?
Just to make sure, I also need to warm up for my static holds in 3.0, right?

I do so via the static hold itself. Meaning after some lighter DB warmups work for the upper body, etc. I hit the bar in my given Static Hold position and start adding the iron...
