Bigpelo's 3rd run = Blueprint 3.0 + warrior diet
I am back! Baby girl is in super shape but not my sleep pattern...
I weight train "optimum anabolics" style for the past 5-6 weeks and like it. Still eating like the warrior diet and fat as come off slowly but is decreasing.
Last time I weighted myself was august 2nd: 225 lbs. waist is down to 37 inches. Didn't take body fat % but my mirror tells me it's gone down compare too:
I was at 24.8% (180 lbs lean mass) 40.5 in waist line, 239 total April 18
and at 23.2% (181 lbs lean mass) 39.5 in waist line, 236 total May 6
and at at 22.0% (185 lbs lean mass) 39 in waist line, 238 total May 23
and at 19.9% (187 lbs lean mass) 38 in waist line, 231 total June 2
I will guess I am now around 17.5-18%. I have probably lose some muscle mass from the lack of sleep though...
I won't be doing another run soon but I will continue lifting. As soon as I have good sleep nights back I might do a 4th run.
