Sort of blown away with BP concept. Very impressive setting it all up.
I am 44 yo male, 5'11" 182 lbs...9-11% BF.
I have not done heavy training in a LONG time. I have typically worked at body weight exercises and cardio intervals, mixed in with the typical array of dumbbell exercises. In other words, I am healthy and fit, but I am looking to take my body to a new level of hypertrophy and body fat, and at an age that I think will be motivating.
I want to have all my ducks in a row before I start the Famine. I wish the supplement list could be on like one page or something, but I am going to read over 2.0 and 3.0 again, then make a supp list before ordering.
