When doing Dips and DB rows for example, do you rest for the prescribed time after completing the Dips and then do the rows or do you superset Dips and Rows and then rest?

Beefcake, you forgot to include, "try not to puke" in there right after rest, especially on 10-12 rep days...hahaha
