Hey guys this is my first run. Bought 3.0 a few weeks ago, but ive mostly been reading through 2.0. Anyways I've been lifting on and off for a few years, and think I just got bored of having that feeling of not knowing what I was doing. So here we go, this time the BP has me knowing what Im doing .

Today's my fourth day on Famine and I've been sticking to the diet and workouts precisely. Can't wait to finally start eating again! One more day to go. Ill post my workouts in a bit too.

Im still looking at supps, I wish I could go with some Mass Pro products, but I was wondering if they're only available online? If so, Im probably going to be going with my typical vitamins, Ebol Ecdy, cbol creatine Creatine, and ON Whey plus w.e the formula needs. Is that a good stack? I would love some opinions on this.. Thanks!

Next, you may want to call AskMass as I'm aware there are some retail outlets that carry them. Well worth it, even if you have to order online IMO.
Your proposed supp outlay is fine. Truly, supps aren't NECESSARY but yes - they do help and some more than a little, as anyone that's used Kre-Anabolyn, Adaptogen N, MassPro and others can tell you.
Of them all though, The Formula is the most potent IMO. Intra-workout holds the promise of drug like results - from nutrients, not drugs!

So just an update: Mondays rolling in tomorrow and i was supposed to introduce the supplements, but due to my indecisiveness I decided to go supplement free until my order from Masspro and another site come through. So my plan is to go supplement free until they come in the mail, how out of funk is this going to put everything?
