Lineux's Journal/Intro
Lineux's Journal/Intro
I heard about the blueprint when I decided to do an ebol run. At that time it was just another workout routine that I was deciding to switch to because I was tired of my old routine. I Also heard good things about it so decided to give it a try.
After talking to Rob a few times and getting a copy of BP 3.0 my perception changed. I am still trying to absorb all the literature in the BP document but things started to make sense. Finally, I decided to take it to the field and do it. I have a really good feeling about this run. Motivation is sky high right now and the support is just great.
A little background info about me:
I was 125 pounds and 5 '10.5 at the age of 18 when I finally stepped in to bodybuilding. I was a really skinny agile person but I decided that is not who I am. My first bench press with a bar, shaking hands when I only had 20 lbs on the bar. Couldn't do more than 4 pullups. People used to call me skinny, feather weight and as such. I was however into sports and used to run 400m sprint and 800m relay races in highschool.
joined bodybuilding forums, started eating like crazy, boosted my metabolism and eating capacity. Never missed a scheduled workout. Got introduced to squats/deadlifts.
An year and a half later I'm 180 pounds at 5 '11 (yes 0.5in height increase) and my lifts look like this:
Flat DB Bench: 95lbs dumbbells each (6-8 reps)
Flat barbell Bench: 185lbs (6-8 reps)
Squat: 205lbs (6-8 reps)
Deadlift: 305lbs (6-8 reps)
Leg press: 630 (6-8 reps)
Shoulder DB press: 65lbs (6-8 reps)
Bicep cable curl: 160lbs
Tricep rope pulldowns: 170lbs
I have transformed. But I still cant get enough. My goal is to go above 200 pounds of body weight with minimal body fat, getting stronger, bigger and leaner as a I go.
I'm inspired by Lou ferrigno and Franco columbu and would like to see my self comparable to them some day in the future.
It is going to be a long journey for me and I'm looking forward to help from the more experienced here, learn from their mistakes and also make use of what they have learnt.
I'm honored to be a part of this family.
Regarding this run:: Supplements I'm going to be taking::
E-bol
Purple Wraath (Intra workout)
Myofusion protein
I do have creatine mono and L-glutamine but im not sure if I should run them in this cycle or not.
P.S I just started my famine phase and today is day 2. Very motivated at the moment.

Struggled through the workout. 3rd day was hard. Felt like a child in the gym. Benching 135lbs for 10reps felt like a huge load.
Wide grip pullups 10x3
Bench press 135lbs for 8 reps
DB shoulder press 45lbs for 8reps
Decline bench 135lbs for 8 reps
DB shoulder press 45lbs for 8
Incline press 125 for 8 reps
DB shoulder press 45lbs for 8
Skullcrushers 55lbs for 8 reps and 2 sets
Tricep rope pulldowns 125 for 8 reps and 3 sets
Finished with 10 close grip and 10 medium grip pullups
Post workout
A jug full of banana+strawberry+pineapple shake.
Had to play a bit of squash afterwards too.
Still motivated and feeling great, compromised alot on the weights today though but i guess thats acceptable considering its famine.

"Humbling" is the correct word...
Now absolutely critical to keep this in mind, "HEALTH FIRST!!!"
DISCONTINUE - If you at all feel sick, off or just "not right". Perfectly natural and by design (odd as it seems). Famine SHOULD be a healthy time of detox/cleansing..
MOST IMPORTANT: There is a GREAT than 50/50 chance you will NOT, need workout #3.
Do call me at (860) 753-0373, PM me or otherwise contact me - if you're in need of guidance...
HEALTH FIRST!! - I/we learned the hard way...

2nd Gear - Feast
So I woke up late this morning but I knew it was the feast day/transition phase.
Started with:
4 eggs (Omlette) with onions/tomatoes/cheese.
Glass of milk with honey.
3 bread toasts.
man it feels good coming back to loads of eating.
I'm gonna rest up today and maybe start the workouts tomorrow.
I dont know if I should wait the 72-hour period before starting my workouts.
I have some creatine mono but I was wondering if ebol+creatine mono would be ok? I was thinking to maybe do ebol+kre-alkalyn instead. What do you guys think?

A. Definitely wait, until those 72 hours are up!
You want to dose your Ebol + creatine out of the gate, meaning Day 1 of Feast and continuing for the duration of that phase.
With respect to CrMh vs. Kre-Alkalyn, I take no favor. There are those that feel strongly either way. KA IS creatine mono, pH corrected for greater efficiency, uptake and utilization.
My/our take: Use BOTH, to see which works best for you!
It's for this reason Kre-Anabolyn fits BP like a glove; You get Kre-Alkalyn, full spectrum Rhaponticum Carthamoides Extract, glucose disposal agents 4-Hydroxy-L-Isoleucine/L-dopa etc..
What you gain with Ebol, is RCE standardized for 20-H, some Turkesterone, a generous dose of 25-R, etc.. Like the creatine example above, variety is/should be, the spice of life!

Feast workout #1 (20/06/2011)
This is my first proper workout after days so I was lying low and experimenting with my current strength.
Flat Bench press: 135lb x 10 (felt good)
Lying DB extensions 65lb x 10
Full Squat: 185lb x 10 (struggled a bit with the last rep, but could do more)
Stiff legged deadlift 225 x 10 (easy, could definitely do more)
EDT (superset)
Incline DB Press: 50lbsx8 45x10x10x10x10x10
T-bar rows: without the bar: 135x10x10x8x8x8x8
Edit: Forgot to add the Ab crunch 165lbs 15sec x 3.
Ended with some pullups.
