Max Effort Upper

Weight This AM = 195.8

Still holding onto some bloat, down 0.8lbs just from yesterday though. Expecting to see a similar or larger drop today. Feels good to be back on a max/dynamic effort split since I ran sheiko for almost 3 months. Variety is nice. Though I'm still a bit beat up from my meet so the numbers today aren't great. Suppose that means I'm in for some progression next week lolz :)

workout was as follows;

Front Squats
135x5, 185x3, 225x3, 245x3, 265x3, 285x1, 315x1

BB Stepups
135x3x10/leg

Hip Thrusters for the ladies
135x7, 225x5, 315x6,6,6

Smith Calf Raises
135x10
225x8,8,8

BB Wrist Curls
Bar x 50, 31
