Who else has held the oceans in his hand?
Who has measured off the heavens with his fingers?
Who else knows the weight of the earth
or has weighed the mountains and hills on a scale?

There is always a substitute man. For me Dips were my road to recovery after a shoulder injury that kept me from benching

Prior to my first meet back in 10/10 I hadn't done bench at all for almost a year and just through progressive overload on dips managed to pull off a 290 in my meet!

Waterweight is still sticking to me.. but the mirror says otherwise.. only the end of the week will tell I suppose. Not that any of this matters in the grand spectrum as I'm cutting waterweight next week and +/- a pound shouldn't be an issue

205x2x3
245x2x3
275x4x2

Dips
BWx4x12

335x3,2
390x2,2
425x2,2,4

Cable Crunch Static Holds
