Flavouring BCAA
What do you guys use to flavour your BCAA if drinking them on their own and would splenda be enough?Presuming not but ive never tried it so i dont know.

Where can I get those flavourings I doubt they have em in Ireland

I use EAA's with my BCAA's as a mandatory. 20 grams pre-workout. I dont like drinking during training so that is the reason of my timing.DaCookie wrote:

Products like VPX Powershock and the LG BC+EAA are on sale time to time, and Ill by 10+ bottles. Comes out to be about the same price as the bcaa's and flavoring agents.
Last time I purchased 1 dozen bottles of Powershock for $13 each on nutraplanet. Normally they are about $22. The LG product is being discontinues so I have to switch to Purple Wrath or something.
Buy big and save at the end of the year.
