Hey guys,
I'm preparing for my second run.
What would you suggest is better:
a) Perform using the same major lifts and EDT sets. The idea being these are already pretty good, now they can really explode.
b) Switch it up, try and escalate my lifts in other areas
There's already a few differences to the program. Different supplements and a different loading program - so it won't be "the same". What do you recon?

If you just finished run 1, I'd switch it up.
If it's been a couple of months since run 1 and you've been using a different program, I'd go back to the exercises that you used in run 1.
It's been quite a few months, and I spent quite a bit of that in downtime due to sickness.
