Smart move Princes...
Still recovering today. Stayed home again. The bf and houseguests from the weekend got it too so whatever it was, it was potent. Luckily I am feeling about 70%, and hoping once I get some food into me that will increase quickly.
I'd like to hit the gym tomorrow and Friday to get these feast workouts going already. Hoping that missing the first 2 feast workouts + not eating more than 300 calories for the past 2 days wasn't extremely detrimental to this run.
I don't believe that the calorie burn function on the site I'm using (mapmyride.com) is entirely accurate, because it doesn't account for hills, heart rate, etc. Unfortunately I forgot to wear my HRM so I don't know for sure. But I know last year when I would do the same ride I would hit over 500cals per session. Anyway it doesn't matter because I'm doing the % zig zag for diet that Rob gave me in my personalized plan, and today is considered an "off day".
Haven't been able to get to the gym because of overtime at work, and for the next 4 days I'll be pulling 16 hour days + 2 hours travel each day for a special project. SOOOO looks like lifting is going to have to wait until next week Still going to try to get in a bike ride to the bike shop tomorrow so I can leave it there for tweaking while I'm away.

A. There's a reason for everything that happens, Princess. This I/we, have come to understand, (and appreciate... )
