I might be close to done with this run.. Im not sure since Its only one day but I did not want to workout today.. I had plenty of time... just no desire to go.
I did sleep less last night so Ill give it a few days but this could be almost it.
also my bad shoulder is starting to bother me too.
IF I really am that disinterested I Will just have a max day for each and call it done..cruise and then start resting up for my cut..

maxed out today.. and failed terribly
DL 315x1 340x0 (not even close)
Bp 200x1(was my old max.)
now a few things to keep in mind.. My form did change on DL a few weeks prior to this.. someone who said he was a personal trainer gave me advice on my DL form and I listened to him...(big mistake) I went back to my old form today.. and even tho I know that the form was correct I didnt feel particularly strong on it..
Bench I purposely changed it to hit my chest more(wide grip) for my of my run.. today I went to an ideal form..
So I understand that those things most likely affected my max day today.. I know I made some progress..
Chest(grew in size alot)
I know my EDT blocks went up a bunch..
so Im not calling this run a failure but I do think I cant do any of these remaining loading patterns in their current format( read:patterns are too long) its been 2 runs now and my body has told me to stop after 60 days give or take a few each run.
Now im wondering for my cut should I go back to GLP1 and sub in Squats for DL and do DL on an edt block?
Also A supp reveiw..
Ebol = Like.. seemed to help a good deal..
Glycobol=like definitely helps a good amount
Testopro=dislike
Stoked=dislike
(These didnt seem to do much.. dont know if its because Testboosters dont help me in general or what..)
creatine/beta alanine =like proven to work nuff said. I think BA helps with EDT blocks ALOT.

Quite the opposite if you think about it. You GREW, you LEARNED and you NOW being able to bring that to the game going forward!!
And yes, GLP1 + new EDT blocks are the right answer!!!
