HIIT on empty stomach in morning
HIIT on empty stomach in morning
Hey has anyone done this yet and reported good results?Im going to do it soon as im about 6ft 183lbs now but a bit scared im going to burn muscle.
I do not have a perfect answer for your question, and for that I apologize.
However, cardio is good in the mornings in short amounts (Less than 30-40 minutes). Doing HIIT is usually good if you have something in you, especially BCAAs.
Depending on your body fat, doing HIIT may actually be beneficial as long as you do not go too intense or for too long (15-20 minutes max), and you should eat a little something beforehand... but not a huge meal obviously.
This is where "a little bit goes a long ways"
HIIT is great for AFTER a lifting session as well!
hth!

if you ingest some BCAAs right beforehand or a scoop of whey about an hour beforehand you should be fineDaCookie wrote:Hey has anyone done this yet and reported good results?Im going to do it soon as im about 6ft 183lbs now but a bit scared im going to burn muscle.
