A. Consider your money issues over. 3Faces of Fear(tm) just stepped up to the plate. They're pickin' up the tab... :)

"Also, if I wear 6" pumps, set my camera on a 10 second timer, and then walk over to the spot where the pic will happen, all you'll have is a blurry photo of me falling down and cracking my head on the tub ;)"

A. 3Faces of Fear(tm) have this one covered too. They're either buying new pumps, camera's, timers and whatever else is necessary to get the objective/feeback necessary to "help" you get the absolute best results possible!!

Great guys... and all of this for a meager, one time $35 investment! What more could you possibly ask for? :) :) :)
are you going to teach me to walk in heels??
The answer is a resounding YES!!!

When and where?? I'm/we're there. You down with all 3Faces of Fear(tm) coming over for an all night long extravaganza... :) :) :)

Do you teach by example? Where do you find heels in your size? Do you have to shop at those "iffy" websites?

Boyfriend sabotaged me today. He cooked in a Boca burger that he SAID had 4g of protein in it, but it had 12. He's TERRIBLE at reading nutrition labels. That'll teach me to not double check. Pulled my protein intake up to 40g today. Grr.

1065 cals: 210g carbs, 8g fat, 40g protein :(

Macros were 78c/7f/15p

ROB: gimmie the straight dope - did I just screw up famine?

Allie, probably not. Just keep track of your RHR, and keep busting your ass.

My 1st famine I chugged down a protein shake not even thinking, and all was well

A. No, but this is more validation that you need to drop your boyfriend and get on The 3Faces of Fear(tm) bandwagon, Allie!!!

Just kidding!!! Tell him I/we said hello.... :) :) :)

I see you've conveniently skipped over the post where I ask where you buy your heels ;)

Progress pics: end of famine (aka about to pig the f out!!!)

Start of Famine: 132.6lbs
End of Famine: 130.0lbs

Resting heart rate did not change from beginning to end of famine, nor did whizzing on the stick. 2.6lb weight loss though means I guess it worked!

Time to EEEEEEAAAAAAATTTTTTT

72 hour feeding frenzy/rest period is almost over. It's back into the calorie counting and gym tomorrow morning for me. I'm exhausted but hopefully I wake up refreshed and ready to go.

I didn't wake up refreshed and ready to go - in fact quite the opposite. Woke up with a TERRIBLE stomach bug. Had to stay home from work, entire body is sore, and I puked a little while ago :( Ugh.
