Beefcake's BP Cut - 2 Runs

You want two pick two: Bench and either SQ or DL. I'd suggest Bench and SQ to be performed on separate days. Thereafter, your EDT blocks can be performed, inclusive of stretch position movements.

Don't worry, Rob doesn't even supply shirtless pics of himself, much less n00dz... we have a way for him to go, payback wise, until we get anywhere CLOSE to having to give up n00dz The most skin we get from that guy is an arm... I have a tatoo on it that says, "MASS". When fully erect, it reads, "Muscle and Sports Science, Limited Liability Corporation - Incorporated".

Under normal circumstances, calling hours are Monday - Sunday 9AM - 7PM EST. However, given the gravity of this situation, The 3Faces of Fear(tm) have declared this "urgent" and its currently ranked #2 on "the list", just behind getting Princess Allie's new bikini(s), high heels, camera's, timers and whatever else is necessary to get the "objective feedback" necessary to "help" her (and your friend, btw) get the absolute best possible results out of their Blueprint runs (they even extended that to non - BP) related endevours!!!
Absolutely fantastic guys that'll do anything for their people, I tell ya'. I know all 3 very well and speak with them daily via conference call. All of this for a meager, one-time $35 investment too..
What more could you or anyone possibly ask for??
